Today I flew to Chicago for the MLA convention. I was away from my routine and didn't exercise. I did book 2 Zumba classes for while I am here, but they are not for a couple of days. Tomorrow I will swim, work on my ab challenge assignments (which I skipped today!), and do some planks and push ups. I'll also commit to getting in my gallon of water and having a veggie at every meal. I'm just pooped from travelling, but I know that I'll feel better tomorrow.
Oh yeah, I also had my one meal from Harold's Chicken Shack (delish!), so no more during this trip. I guess I'll live. haha
