21 Day Fix: Pre-Game Show




Tomorrow I start The 21 Day Fix with a great bunch of women!  Today I went through the meal planning book and put together what appears to be a good looking plan for the week.  Because I struggle with certain foods, I chose to eat the same foods every day.  I don't do very well with variety.  However, I am looking forward to trying roasted beets.

I also got Brian to take my measurements, and tomorrow I'll weigh in at Weight Watchers.  I'm looking forward to the challenge!

Update (4/7):  I will post those measurements once I get my sheet from downstairs.  I thought I had it up here.  I didn't go to Weight Watchers, but I will weigh in tomorrow at Coach Royce's class.
