This week I started a new job at the YMCA. I like the YMCA's commitment to making wellness accessible and the happy vibe I get when I'm there. Today I was there trying out the equipment in the wellness center, and I got my first assisted pull up!
I have been working out for years and am just getting comfortable with hanging. I'm really proud of myself!
