Pinched nerve sounds much cuter than it is. haha

My back has been hurting for almost 3 weeks, and I finally went to the doctor 2 days ago.  I have a pinched nerve in my lower back and that means awesome things like muscle spasms, weakness, and having time off from lifting.  I'm still active though!

Tomorrow I'm returning to yoga.  Yippee! I am having a hard time bending forward, so let's hope this helps.  I'm also going to keep drinking lots of water.  Supposedly that helps muscles.
