Unbothered Day 21: Back To School!!

Last week I said I'd start a YouTube channel this week, and today was the first video.  It took a minute for YouTube to process it, but other than that I had a great time.  There will definitely be more.

Today's post is for my academic buddies.  I decided to give 5 quick tips (all under 10 minutes) that will help you have a healthy start to the new semester!

Here they are!

  1. Schedule some dedicated activity time for the first week of school.
  2. Make necessary appointments with your various health care providers.  
  3. Get refills on all your medications, vitamins, and supplements.
  4. If you want to bring lunch to work, select 2 recipes to try next week.
  5. Ask someone to be your accountability partner.  Tell them your goals and share progress and struggles.
