Snow Day and Burpees!
This month we're doing a burpees challenge. Every day we add 3 more and we get a rest day every 5th day. I first saw my Stephanie do burpees in a series of challenge videos and they looked like the hardest things on earth. Over the past year, my upper body strength has improved a lot and now I feel much more confident in my ability to drop down to the floor and hold myself up. It's kinda nice. My goal today is to do snow burpees, so I'm going to go do them now. Wish me luck!
