June Salad and Push Up Challenge!
I want to eat more salads, so I've decided to do a salad a day challenge for June. I decided on it today, but I'm not behind in a salad. I had half a small cole slaw from KFC at lunch, so I'm letting that count. For dinner I had a lovely spinach and pear mix from a restaurant in Dover. This makes me on track for the month. Now to do the rest of my push ups.
June's Spartan challenge is 30 push ups for 30 days. I didn't do them yesterday and did some today, so I'm going to finish them before bed.
Onward and upward! Maybe by the end of the month I'll be doing push ups while eating salad.
