Let's Get It: Day 2

Today was great.  It was my first day as an intern with Coach Royce.  I read exam material on behavior change.  I decided that for my dance fitness classes I'd like to choreograph cool downs and stretches to specific songs as opposed to having the same routine to end each class.  I started a mental list of warm up songs that get my hyped and cool down songs that let me sing extra loud.

Onward to tomorrow's work!
